Hierarchical organizations and departments can also access each other through PCS or mobile terminals across regions, and do not need to be located on the internal network of the enterprise.
No backup to eliminate the risk of data loss: data is centrally stored in the object storage, and the distributed multi-copy and erasure code technology of the object storage can effectively prevent physical faults. Technologies such as WORM and multi-version can prevent logical errors caused by viruses or human operations. Cross-site replication and global erasure technology can effectively prevent station disaster. This ensures that all data loss risks are eliminated and compliance requirements are met without the need for a backup;
Full-text search, audit log: The embedded search function enables metadata search and full-text search, enabling faster search of the required content. Logs are generated for all logins and operations and can be extracted for audit, preventing data leakage risks.
